All The Properties offered by this Agency will be assigned to an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. The initial term will be for a period of six months, thereafter six or twelve month terms are available. The agency charges the tenant a non returnable Fee which is initially used as a holding deposit to secure a property for the tenant until the letting agreement has been signed. This fee is £120 and is separate from the bond against the property |
